The short version
Use Cred Counts sensibly, do not upload things that are not yours or not decent, and understand that queue times come from third parties and are sometimes wrong.
Who you are agreeing with
Cred Counts is provided by Joseph Peirson, trading as Coasterbyte Studios, United Kingdom. Using the app means accepting these terms.
Your account
You need an account to log rides. Keep your sign-in secure, and do not let anyone else use your account. You must be 13 or older.
What you post
Photos, notes, ratings and ride names you add stay yours. By posting them you give me permission to store them and to show them to the people your privacy settings allow — nothing more. Do not upload anything you do not have the right to, and do not upload anything abusive, harassing, or unlawful. I may remove content or suspend an account that breaks this, and will tell you why.
Community guidelines and reporting
Cred Counts shows you other people’s photos and notes, so there are rules about what can go on it. Do not post anything that is:
- sexually explicit, or that sexualises a child in any way
- violent, graphic, or encouraging of self-harm
- hateful, or that harasses or targets someone
- a scam, an advert, or a deliberate fake
- not yours to post
Reporting. Every post, photo and profile in the app has a Report option behind the … menu. Reporting something hides it from you immediately and sends it to me for review. I aim to review every report within 24 hours and will remove anything that breaks the rules above.
Blocking. You can block anyone from their profile or from any of their posts. Blocking is mutual: they will not be able to see your profile or your activity, and you will not see theirs. Any friendship or follow between you ends. You can see and undo your blocks in Settings → Blocked accounts.
Filtering. Notes and usernames are checked when you save them, and those containing slurs are rejected rather than posted.
Accounts that repeatedly break these rules will be suspended. If you think something was removed in error, email support@credcounts.online.
Cred Counts Pro
Pro is a subscription billed through your Apple ID. It renews automatically until you cancel, which you can do at any time in iOS Settings → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next payment; it does not refund the current period, and Apple handles refunds under their own policy. Prices may change, and you will be told before a change affects you.
Queue times and park data
Wait times, opening hours and ride status come from third-party feeds and from other users. They are frequently out of date and occasionally wrong. Do not rely on them for anything that matters — check with the park.
Availability
I will try to keep the service running, but it is not guaranteed to be available or error-free, and features may change or be withdrawn. Your logged data remains exportable on request while your account exists.
Liability
Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Beyond that, Cred Counts is provided as-is and I am not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from using it — including anything resulting from inaccurate queue or park information.
Ending it
You can delete your account in the app at any time. I may suspend an account that breaks these terms or the law.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer elsewhere in the UK, you keep the protection of your local law.
